Join as Editor/Reviewer
Are you interested in being an Editor or a Reviewer on The RCSAS? The RCSAS is looking for distinguished academic professionals who are prepared to serve as Editors/Reviewers on a voluntary basis if selected. If you are a researcher or professor in one of the relevant areas as that of the journal, you are invited to join its Editorial Board.
A. Proceedings for Reviewers
Reviewer’s Prerequisites: The aspirant reviewers should be able to communicate and command over English language. They should have a master’s or doctoral degree in the relevant subject/area, along with research and teaching experience. He/she should have previous experience as a reviewer and author in the relevant subject/area of research.
Reviewer’s Accountability: Reviewers are responsible for assessing the quality, appropriateness, and originality of submitted manuscripts. Comments should be as comprehensive as reasonable, with clear comments on the validity of research, originality and significance of content.
Reviewers are supposed to remain active throughout the process as well as enthusiastic to complete the designated assignment in a stipulated duration or time limit as per the specified points and journal’s criteria.
Reviewers should comply with the reviewer’s guidelines available on this website which may change from time to time for the improvement in the quality of the journal.
Compliance, Terms and Conditions: The Reviewer’s job is purely honorary and voluntary basis; no payment, but his/her service is well recognized.
The Reviewers are timely encouraged to acquire knowledge in their respective area of research and publications.
Applicants will be considered and added to the journal’s Panel of Reviewers only provided that they should comply with Reviewer’s Prerequisites and Compliance.

B. Proceedings for Editorship
Editor’s Prerequisites: The aspirant, wishing to join in the Editorial Board as an editor, should be able to communicate and command over English language. He/she should have a Ph. D. /Doctoral degree in the relevant subject/area, along with research and teaching experience. They should have previous experience in editing as well as writing research articles/papers in the relevant subject/area of research.
Editors’ Guidelines: An Editor is in charge of the style and substance of a journal’s publication. The RCSAS understands the value of an Editorial Board. The Editorial Board plays a crucial role in the open access publishing process. The Editorial Board is made up of expertise in different disciplines who serve as Editors. The Board of Editors plays an important role in ensuring that journal publications are of high quality, reliability, and content.
Editors’ Responsibilities: The RCSAS strives to make the editing and peer-reviewing process as competent and confidential as possible. The Editorial Board will take action quickly and is likely to assist in reducing the waiting time from the moment an article is submitted to the time it is published. During the evaluation of a manuscript editors have to follow their responsibilities as:

- They should have absolute accountability and authority to approve or disapprove a manuscript.
- They should have no personal stake in the papers they reject or accept.
- They should only approve a paper if they are fairly certain about it.
- They should encourage the publication of corrections or rebuttals when errors are detected.
- They should protect reviewers’ confidentiality.
The Editorial Board Policy: The RCSAS aims to enhance the value and relevance of open access publications while ensuring their authenticity and integrity. The Editorial Board must strive to stimulate the readers’ interest. The Editorial Board has complete control over the procedure for evaluating article submissions, as well as the information published. The Editorial Board will work tirelessly to ensure that all ethical and scientific criteria are met. Authors’ copyrights and personal information will be safeguarded. All members of the Editorial Board follow a thorough peer-reviewing procedure. They are, furthermore, committed to accomplish the allocated editing task on time. The Editorial Board’s recommendations should not be swayed by extraneous considerations like, nationality, origin, gender, ethnic group, religion or author’s political opinions. The merely criteria for evaluation should be the authenticity and quality of the content provided.
